CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order up to 3 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) after the day following delivery by informing us that you wish to cancel.

We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where the product has been unsealed.

If you do not return the products you do not wish to keep within 30 days of the date on which you gave your notice of cancellation, then you will be deemed to have accepted the products.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible through our section of Customer Service, phone us on (00 34) 650 01 97 36.

If you have paid by card, and we haven't dispatched your order, we will cancel it right away and no money will be debited from your card. If we have dispatched it, then you will need to return the goods to us, and we will refund the total of the goods back on your card on receipt of the goods.

RETURNS POLICY

Damaged or faulty products will be exchanged or repaired for up to TWO YEARS after purchase date according to our Warranty.

All returns require previous authorisation. Please contact us through our section of Customer Service, phone us on (00 34) 650 01 97 36.

You will be provided with a Returns Form. Our Customer Services will help you complete this form and, once returned, we will contact you with a Returns Authorisation Number in order for your request to be processed, along with a with a freepost delivery label.

In the case of products we delivered in error, you can return the product(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange.

Once received, the product remains wholly your responsibility and therefore you must ensure that returns are delivered to us in a good, undamaged condition. Damaged goods will be refused and returned at your expense.
